The website,www.placeassured.comis an electronic web based platform for exploring opportunities and enhancing outreach using the online search and other tools available for the job seekers and Employers. It is owned and managed by Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd, Nagpur. By registering with us you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and use of service: Recruitment of personnel will be effective through "Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd". Any and all use of this website is subject to, and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. It is mandatory for all Members of the Site to have read carefully, fully understood and be in total agree to the below mentioned Terms before they proceed to use any of the services of the Site. The Services are available only to those individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian laws. Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the amended version on this site. Such amended version shall automatically be effective upon its posting on this site.

Creating your profile on Placeassured.com

The following expressions shall have meanings in the Agreement defined below:

• You are agreed for the terms and conditions mentioned on the website.
• You are agreed to share your contact details and resume to recruiters of Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd.
• You are agreed to receive the phone calls and emails related to recruitment.
• SERVICES: is defined as the services to be provided by the Company to the Member at placeassured.com including the provision of facilities for the following:
• A Member who wishes to post a resume to seek employment.
• A Member who wishes to secure recruitment through placeassured.com .
• A Member who wishes to advertise at placeassured.com .
• Member who wishes to receive advertisements, newsletters and promotional messages on www.placeassured.com and through emails.
• REGISTRATION DATA: is defined as all the information and particulars of the Member requested on initial application and subscription, including but without limiting to the Member's name, mailing address, email address, account and telephone number. The words can be used either in the singular or plural sense and those implying one gender shall also include the other.

Commencement of Service:

The Service shall commence on the Date of Registration after we have received the necessary payment.

Subscription charges for the Service:

To avail services from Place Assured Consultant Pvt Ltd you have to subsribe with us of Rs. 3540 (inclusive of all taxes.)

• By subscribing our package Job Seeker will get following services from us.
• Unlimited Calls, CV Update and Personal Screening by our Talented & experienced Team of Recruiters through Telephone/ Skype.
• Job Seeker will get Personal Grooming and Softskills Training from us.
• No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for any intents and purposes, underway in any situation.
• Selection of the candidate will depend on their interview and the decision of the concern company's recruitment cell.
• Interview Call letter will provided from Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd only after getting confirmation from the HR department of corresponding hiring company.
• The User of these services does not claim for the Interview Call letter and / or offer letter in timely frame, as the appointments/ decisions are taken by the HR department of hiring company. We are playing the role as a mediator for recruitment process.
• Candidates must follow our process which we have implemented for recruitments.

Service Validity:

Service is only valid for next five months from date of subscription. After expiration of service, re-subscription is required to continue the service. Resume writing service is valid upto the final approval of the candidate for its resume.

Application and Interview Schedules:

Job Seeker must have to apply for most suitable requirements. Wrong application / apply records negative ranking in software. We offer 100% online service for our subscribers also walk-in support will be provided. Interview against applied requirement will be scheduled after getting interview confirmation from respective company. Our HR executive will confirm your availability for interview appointment and then send interview call letter on your registered email id. Subscriber can take interview call letter directly if walk-in interview dates are visible against the most suitable requirement. The access to the Site does not confer upon the Member any license or right to use these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks in any form or manner whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.

Attending the Interviews:

• Interview will be conducted on given appointment time at provided address only.
• Interviews are to be attended at your own cost.
• If company provides transportation expenses, you claim such expenses to company.
• Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd is not responsible for expenses done on attending the interview.
• Required documents should be available.
• Interview attendance feedback is mandatory. Fail to provide attendance feedback; company follow up will not be done for you.

Mail / Text Alerts:

• We will continuously send the most suitable job alert mail to the candidates by using our email id resumes@placeassured.com
• Candidates are requested to add our email id to their contact list, so all the further mails will be delivered to their email inbox.
• As job alerts are sent by the system, some candidates may not receive the mails for all the suitable requirements. It is strongly recommended to search the jobs on this website and get the appropriate requirement.
• In case candidate don't want to receive the job alert mails from us, Please click on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each mail received from us.

Payment for memberships:

All payments for services at Placeassured.Com have to be made in favour of Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd ,Nagpur only. All payments need to be made on 100% Payment confirmation to continue to use uninterrupted Paid Services. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) or via personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts for any services rendered by Place Assurede Consultants . You are informed that under no circumstances will Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd be liable for any damage caused due to your transactions / payments made to / in favour of such fraudulent individuals or organizations. To protect your interests, please contact us immediately if any such fraudulent individual or organization tries to mislead you. The Member, who is liable to pay Subscription Fees, shall pay it on demand even if the Member disputes the same for any reason. In the event that the Company deciding the dispute to be in the Member's favour, the Company shall refund to the Member any excess amount paid by the Member free of interest. In the event of late payment by the Member of any sums due under this Agreement, the Membership and the services would stand terminated.

Refund / Money Back Policy:

Once subscribed, the payment made by the Member for Paid service is not refundable and no claim for refund would be entertained. Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, authenticity nor advocates any of the content posted by the other Members. All the services are on a best effort basis.

Refund on the basis of fraudulent transactions:

The Member is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality, as well as all the activities and transmission performed through his/her Subscribers ID . He/she shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions. Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line.

Refund on the basis of change in preference / delay in process:

As we at Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd keep up high interactions with our clients and carry out the entire process with their approval thus there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time, cannot serve a reason for refund or charge back.

Required documents at the time of interview:

• Hard or Soft copy of interview appointment letter provided by Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd.
• Recent 2 passport size photographs.
• Two hard copies of Curriculum Vitae/ Resume.
• Xerox & Original Copies of academic certificates.
• For experienced: Last two months salary slips or Offer & Joining letter of last employer along-with Reliving letter.

Should Do:

• You can refer your friends for any suitable requirement available on website.
• You can refer your existing company and your Preferred Companies. We check the requirements availabilities in your preferred companies and inform you if requirement is available for you.
• Telephonic assistance for Subscribers is between 10AM to 5PM only.
• Subscriber provides their Name, Mobile number, Registration ID during telephonic assistance.

Should Not Do:

• Don't ask requirement updates and job descriptions on phone calls. All requirements are posted online on our website.
• Don't apply for non suitable requirements. Wrong application / apply records negative ranking of profile in software.
• Don't ask for bulk interview calls for any profiles as we provide quality opportunities only.
• Don't expect telephonic assistance for requirement updates. You need to check the requirement updates on website only.
• Don't ask for interview feedback. Your application status will be updated in your account. Selection in interview will be informed on phone calls by our executive.

Termination of Services:

• Service should be used for the purpose of self recruitment only. In case of using these service another from the offered purpose; we reserve the right to terminate the service without any prior intimation.
• In an instance of non professional arguments and/or behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate the service without any prior intimation.

Other

Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd reserve the rights to add, edit or remove the terms and conditions and publish these changes on the website without any prior intimation to the users of this website. In any case of such changes in terms and conditions of this website, if user uses this website, we will consider that user is agreed for such changes. In case user is not agreed to our terms and conditions mentioned on this website, user strictly stop using our website and its services on immediate basis.
